Inadequate parking facilities!!! The lack of a lift made moving luggage difficult!!! The noise disturbances from maintenance were quite annoying in the mornings!!! Kitchen facilities were too basic for self-catering needs!!!

Cutting through the noise
This place truly impresses with its friendly, helpful staff and a delightful breakfast. The spacious one-bedroom apartment had a lovely pool view, making our stay very relaxing. We enjoyed the warm, inviting beach just a short walk away and appreciated the cold water stations around the hotel for staying hydrated. A fantastic escape!

this was my second stay in playa de muro, and the elisa truly exceeded expectations. we enjoyed the lovely pool, especially the water refill stations, which added a nice touch to our relaxing days. the spacious one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family and close enough to the beach for easy access.
kitchen could use more cooking utensils.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment with a great pool view. The staff were really friendly and helpful. A bit noisy from maintenance in the mornings. The pool area was nice, but it felt crowded at times. Enjoyed the table tennis and badminton facilities available.

The one-bedroom apartment felt really spacious with a nice kitchen for making snacks. I liked the comfortable bedding, and the view from the balcony overlooking the pool was lovely.
